so i went to track last night and we did 3- 1 mile repeats. it went well, but i am definitely a bit slower than i used to be. but the best thing was that my head was in the game a whole time. i struggled a bit at the half way mark of the second mile...but i pushed through. i must say i did well, since i have been struggling with staying focused during the run and making it through a whole run/ workout. it was a good thing.
how's the baby? running? got a jogging stroller yet?
