so if you add my saturday run of about 4 miles to my existing 5 miles from track you get a total of about 9 miles. add that to the existing miles and i think i am at about 30 miles.
get on it...

totals
so i didn't get as much running as i would have liked this past week. i did however have an awesome interval run at track. i finally feel the speed catching up with me and may rapidly be approaching FAST, which i think will go straight to my head!
this week was about 7 miles between my two runs so 7 + 13 = 20 miles.
and you?

I am a beast
First off, well done on your wicked fast time!
Today made four straight days of going to the gym (on my 7 day guest pass) and lifting weights. I am sore like a mofo. Yesterday I did get in another mile on the treadmill. Thus I am up to 2 miles total. I'm coming for you!

record time
so yesterday i was supposed to do a brick workout at track (bike-run-bike-run...) but i got stuck in traffic and was over a half hour late. we decided to ditch the bike portion of the workout and pick up where the others were. so i ran 3 x 400 and 1 x 800. i had to do the 800 last since everyone else had already done theirs. so here is where the record time comes in...i ran my 800 in 3:18. i did it with out complaining and i was mentally there!
total thus far: 7.1 (sunday) + 1.5 (tuesday) = 8.6 miles
stay tuned to see your BUTT get KICKED!

I abided your tip
I ran first. Put me down for 1 mile. The competition is fierce. Then I lifted. Which sucked.
Back in Action
Crage,
I went to my buddy's gym yesterday on a guest pass. I lifted weights for the first time in approx. 10 years. I should not have driven home after, as I could not feel my arms. I'm going back to lift today, along with a run. Stay with it; the challenge is on!

thinkin' ahead...
so i was reading in runner's world about half-marathons and got to thinking maybe we should try to meet up and do a race...it would be a true measure of greatness. my thought is a winter race in a warmer destination. i'm thinking austin, texas. the race is on sunday, january 27th, 2008. think about it...maybe a different race. of course cost is factor for both of us...it would probably include flight, hotel, rental car and race fees.
think about it!
think about it!
