Crage,
I went to my buddy's gym yesterday on a guest pass. I lifted weights for the first time in approx. 10 years. I should not have driven home after, as I could not feel my arms. I'm going back to lift today, along with a run. Stay with it; the challenge is on!

my gym tip is this...run first so that you get it in before your weights, because sometimes once you've killed your body with weights running is the last thing you want to do. no wait lift first than run...the less miles you run the better!
