two weeks ago i did 3.5miles on monday with the dog; about 3 on tuesday and my keys got stolen from the track; and 3 miles on that saturday. total 9.5 miles!
the following week (last week--my birthday week) i ran thursday night 5 miles. i think i was walking up the hill/ mountain. it was likely my slowest mile since being fat. the dog was walking for perspective. then on saturday another 3, and sunday 10 miles. i gotta get the miles in before the half marathon labor day weekend.
