Welcome To Fall

I guess now that Labor Day has passed, it must be fall (even though it is still 90 degrees here. Hopefully, this change of seasons will bring about my return to running and to blogging with you. As you may know, I've be been a regular in the gym over the last 6 weeks. Occasionally, I have run a bit on the treadmill, but I have been mostly lifting a meager amount of weights. Kristina and I are running a 5k together at the end of the month, so I've gotten back on the road to train for that with her. I would say that you won our previous competition for mileage, but I'm ready to be back on track. Last night, where we ran along a fairly major road at 9pm, two interesting things happened. Number 1, I ran my face through a huge, dense spiderweb. Freakiest thing every. Nubmer 2, saw the following church sign: "We are not killing time. Time is killing us!" How, f'ing depressing is that. Now bring it!
