new plans

so the first to races on my list are now no-go's. the first because my sister was sick and the second because there is no way i will be ready and my new coach says there is no reason to pay for a training run.

i met with a new running coach last week and it looks like we are going to move forward with working with one another. he has set up a calendar for me on google and he post my workouts there. currently the plan is to get back in shape and build up time running. since my next race is a few months out, we have time to ease back into things and build up to some real miles. for now it is time we are focused on--today's run is 30 minutes + weights.

i will figure out a way to connect the calendar to the blog--if i can.

also, what is the word on the bike? are you ready to get you butt kicked?
