good and bad
so the first half of the week went pretty good--i got to the track (tuesday), had a good workout and probably could have either pushed myself more, or have done more. overall i was quite happy with myself. the next run (wednesday) went pretty good, i was supposed to run about 40 minutes at an easy pace--i did about 4 miles or so. i guess that means an easy pace is about 10 minute miles, and that used to be my fast. i would hate to gander at what my easy pace would have been in high school--15+ minute miles, but we must remember that there was a lot more Crage to haul around....and the second half of the week--NOTHING.

so i think it is official--an easy pace is a 10 minute mile. yesterday's hour and twenty minute run was about 8 miles. i think i want to amp up my speed, but 10 as an easy pace is horrible.
